Highlights from an English Garden in Spring (Part 1)

Let’s see what’s in flower in my Mum’s garden…

This Bergenia, shining in the evening sunlight…

Some Hellebores in the leafy flower beds…

A pink and blue Pulmonaria, with freckled foliage…

And a beautiful miniature cherry, Prunus subhirtella…

Last but not least, this pretty viola…

Enjoy!

  1. It’s so fun to see the very same flowers blooming over there as over here in the Pacific Northwest. The flowering cherries are just coming out now. They always put on the best show!

    • I love comparing too. So many people the other side of the world have had similar weather too; a warm March and cool April.
      Thanks for stopping by!
